My experience at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, I faced a few significant hiccups during my stay that detracted from the overall luxury experience. The hotel itself is stunning, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, but some logistical issues and lack of hot water put a damper on my visit.
