thoughtful gesture helpful team exemplary service
The staff double-checked my room, a thoughtful gesture. The front desk team assisted with my Burj Khalifa view request. I very much appreciated that. Room service staff were especially helpful and delivered exemplary service. The hotel offers a nightclub and many dining options.

spacious room quality sheets housekeeping touches
the room, a beautiful king room, was spacious. the bed offered quality sheets and pillows. i found extra touches from housekeeping appreciated, like the arrangement of toiletries.
During breakfast, i waited a bit for refills of drinks. Self-service would streamline this.

I enjoyed the breakfast. the kitchen 6 restaurant offers many choices and superb food. The variety kept things interesting. i also spent quite a bit of time in their executive lounge and the food was AMAZING!!!

this place is near the dubai mall and the burj khalifa. getting around was simple with the free shuttle bus service offered. at night, i enjoyed a quiet walk by a canal with city views.

high quality food comfortable bed professional team
This hotel provides spacious rooms, offering comfortable beds. High-level rooms ensure great city views. The large bath is a pampering experience. I found the food to be of high quality and very varied. Staff members showed constant kindness and provided helpful service. I particularly appreciated the professionalism displayed by the team on April 2nd when they assisted me in recovering my lost phone.
The elevators caused slight ear discomfort when going up.
